What am I going to do?
I am a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, and a BlackBox Cosmetic Independent Sales Associate and I’m having a hard time double dating.
I love the fact that Mary Kay is about enriching women’s lives, helping them care for their skin, and being an awesome Beauty Consultant who cares about each woman. However….with BlackBox, there products are paraben free, gluten free, sulfate free, cruelty free and the products use a refill cartridge that saves money and landfill space. Also, it is a new company, so I can advertise how I want to, build my own team, and enrich women’s lives by using BlackBox Cosmetics.
What am I going to do?
Can I sell both when my “inner hippie” is pointing me towards a more sustainable route? Can I have the Mary Kay skin care parties, when I know BlackBox has a fresher way they can care for their skin that has a base of aloe and not water? That is super concentrated? That is mixed and packaged just before they buy it?
My Mary Kay Director says not to divorce Mary Kay until I’m totally sold on the new line.
So this is what I plan to do…
This is Day #1 –
I will compare Timewise Repair System (MK) with Restoration Skin (BlackBox).
I will take photos and videos of my day-to-day results and then…
I will have YOU decide which company I need to stand behind.
Right now I have been using Timewise Repair (MK) since November 2014 (approximately 4 months) here is a picture

Day #1 – Timewise Repair used for 4 months
I used the Volu-Fill Deep Wrinkle Filler (aka Spackle) and the Beige 6 Matte Wear liquid foundation.
I also used Spun Silk Mineral Eye Powder and Driftwood Mineral Eye Powder,
Ultimate Mascara, Classic Blonde Brow Definer Pencil.
